What is the Mediterranean color palette for interior design?
Asked 4 years ago
I’m getting bored of the feel of my bedroom. I want to transform it into a Mediterranean-style sanctuary. Warm and grounded, earthy tones are what I want to go for. The rooms need a bit of texture and color, but I’m not sure what colors to use yet.

Mediterranean colors get their gorgeous inspiration from a natural earthy and neutral palette. Warm tones like terracotta, ochre and burnt umber echo the earth, while shades of blue mimic the sky and the sea: think azure and cerulean blue for a seaside palette. These colors work great if you're going for a Moroccan theme.
