Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information
Most of our items are shipped via FEDEX or TNT Express, two of the world’s leading delivery companies.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email directly from the courier with the tracking number.

Orders are typically prepared and ready for shipment within 7 business days, depending on stock availability.
Shipping time via FEDEX/TNT is estimated at 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery dates are approximate and may be affected by customs inspections or local delays.

*During sale periods or high-demand times, shipping may take longer than usual due to order volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days from the day it was received.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

In unused condition
Returned in the original packaging
Rolled tightly (with the pattern facing in)
All original tags and labels must be attached

Please return the item via your local postal service, and we highly recommend requesting tracking, warranty, and insurance for your package.
Once shipped, please email us the shipping documentation at info@beijaflorworld.com, and we will confirm receipt as soon as the item arrives.

Please note: Shipping fees (including any applicable local taxes) for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellation
All items are made to order, therefore cancellations are generally not possible.
In special cases, cancellations may be accepted with a 15% cancellation fee (from the product price). Please contact us to inquire.
