I have a very small and cute rug that I got at a flea market that I want to place in my bathroom. Can I use a rug in my bathroom in place of a bathmat?

It might be best to place this rug under a coffee table or in your bedroom rather than the bathroom. There are more germs and bacteria on a bathroom floor, and a damp rug or mat could be a magnet for mold. A machine-washable bath mat is definitely more recommended here.
