Where should I place a rug in my child’s room?

I bought a really girly and cute rug for my daughter's bedroom. Where should I place it? I'm not sure if it should be under her dressing table, under her bed, or in the middle of the room...

You'll want to place the rug ideally where your daughter will spend most of her time playing. So the middle of the room is a good idea, especially if it is pretty and cute. The rug could also  be placed slightly under her bed, to create a connection to the play area.
