Does a tile rug for an entryway need borders to compliment plain floors?
Asked 3 years ago
My new home has a very dull entryway and plain floors. I have decided to lighten and brighten the space with a tile rug! I think it will make my small entryway look more modern and inviting to me and my visitors. Seeing as my floors are currently plain beige tiles, will I need to add a border to my tile rug? Please can someone advise?

You can definitely brighten up your entryway with a dash of color in your tile rug. Adding a border in a complementary color will give the entire space a new feeling. Colors like pale pink, burnt orange, bright blue, gold, and red will look amazing as a border to your tile rug and pairs well with beige.
