Are premium vinyl tiles more comfortable to walk than ceramics?
Asked 3 years ago
As of late vinyl flooring has become quite popular in terms of resilient choices. I am for one drawn to the low maintenance factor and long-lasting aspect of it. The only factor that I am not set on is the comfortability of it, I mean most vinyl floors have gorgeous finishes, but I am not too sure on the comfortability of it on the feet.

Vinyl does, in general, tend be soft beneath underfoot. Most premium vinyl tiles will also have a padded layer, making it more comfortable to walk on vinyl. Vinyl floors also have more elasticity when you walk on them, which means they won't be hard as ceramic tiles. Ceramic is a durable and hard-wearing material, but also quite a hassle to repair in the long run.
