Can I stack vinyl tiles with different patterns to give an eclectic feel?
My partner and I have COMPLETELY different style tastes, and it's making our bathroom renovation very tricky. He wants to use vinyl tiles with a bold geometric print, but I want to use vinyl tiles with neutral floral prints. Is it possible for us to stack these tiles to give our bathroom an eclectic feel?Asked 10 months ago

Which wall decorative pieces compliment a tile rug in a bathroom?
My husband and I moved into our new home last month. The main bathroom tiles are white, but there is a beautiful blue tile rug. I want to add more decorative pieces to the bathroom to make it less of a plain room. Traditional wall decorative pieces are paintings, clocks, and mirrors, but I can't choose what to use in my bathroom. Can anyone advise which wall pieces would compliment a blue tile rug?Asked 9 months ago

Should a bathroom tile rug be placed in the center of the floor without overlap?
I have plans to put a tile rug in my ensuite bathroom. My tiles are pale blue and I want my tile rug to be dark blue and white. I feel like it will add a lot of texture and lift the room. The one problem I'm running into is that I don't know where the tile rug should be placed. I have two options: The center of the room without overlap from the bathtub, or to the left of the room with overlap from the bathtub. Please can someone help me decide on the best placement?Asked 9 months ago

Can tile rug borders create a visually appealing contrast if I have neutral color floors?
The kitchen is the heart of the home, and I am quite frustrated with mine. The wall and floor colors are white and beige, and it makes the room look so plain and uninteresting. I have been talking to my husband about ways we can decorate the kitchen, and he suggested a tile rug with a border. Will this help make the kitchen look more modern and visually appealing?Asked 9 months ago
